In case of necessary repairing, references of glued joints and of glue are provided separately for the elastic joints (glued) of the frames and the water-proofness joints of the flanges.

The 30-liter tanks are installed alone and are fixed with 2 supports which are equipped with belts to secure them in position on the roof.

Three tank types: 685L (Length 2760mm, Diameter 591mm), 450L (Length 2037mm, Diameter 591mm), 30L (Length 927mm, Diameter 220mm).

After adding vinegar and opening return valves, start pump and rinse for 30 minutes, then close return valves and use WC flush, wash basin flush and mug flush 3-times each.

During Level-2 cleaning, drain off water from 685 Ltr tanks except for 200 Ltr per tank, then fill 6 Ltr vinegar in each tank.

After letting 20 Ltr out from each pump alternately, wait for minimum 6 hours (maximum 10 hours) for the vinegar solution to act on chalk deposits.

After adding vinegar, drain off 10 Ltr from each pump and close the draining, then start pumps alternately to rinse the system.

During Level-1 cleaning, drain off water from 685 Ltr tanks except for 100 Ltr per tank, then fill 4 Ltr vinegar in each tank.

Level-1: Rinsing of water pumps every 4 weeks (latest all 8 weeks), Level-2: Rinsing of pipes every 3 months, Level-3: Rinsing of system every 6 months.

Loosen the pipe for water supply behind the pump container as per water scheme, pipe with diameter 22 mm, No. 3 during Level-1 cleaning.

Open the return valve above the control panel for each of the 3 water tanks for the toilets as per water scheme, pos. 42, No. 5 during cleaning.

Close valve for water supply for pantry (below wash basin) as per water scheme, pos. 42, No. 4 during Level-2 cleaning.

Open the draining for both pumps as per water scheme, pos. 43, No. 2 to drain water from the pumps during cleaning procedures.

Drain off the water from the 685 Ltr. tanks through the valve on the tank bottom as per water scheme, pos. 45, No. 1.

After using WC flush, wash basin flush and mug flush 3-times each, wait for 24 hours before draining all water from tanks and pumps.

Level-3 cleaning: Drain water except for 150 ltr per tank, fill 10 Ltr vinegar in each tank, open return valve, pump and rinse for 30 minutes, then close return valve.

Every year, fill 4% lemon acid solutions into the lavatory bowl/pan. The liquid should cover the spray nozzles. Immerse for one hour and then clean with clean water and soft brush.

Every 3 years, disassemble the nozzles, waste pipeline fittings and water pipe fittings, and clean these components after steeping them with 4% citric acid solution for 1 hour.

Procedure for hard reverse: Press S1, S2 and S4 and hold for 3 sec to activate and then confirm the mode by pressing S3.

For soft reverse, press and hold S1, S2 and S3 for 3 seconds. Pinch hole opens and sucks the clogging about 20 to 25 times. This is recommended for en-route trouble.

Pressure below 2.5 to 3.5 bar will cause the toilet to shut down and no air indicator will light up. Normal operating pressure should be at least 4 bar.

Close the air input to switch the complete system in manual mode and press knob to flush water gravitationally in order to keep system operational during emergencies.

During choking, manually operate solenoids 2, 3, 6 and 4 of flushing cycle and conduct the steps repeatedly for optimum restoration of system (in Oasis System).

The intermediate tank (vacuum tank) can handle -80KPa of working pressure, which is the negative pressure generated to create suction for waste evacuation.

The preset pressure guard controls the compressed air supply of the pinch valve with switching point of 300/250 Kpa, ensuring proper valve operation.

The bowl is equipped with five plastic nozzles that flush the bowl efficiently. Due to the design and placement of the flush nozzles, water consumption is low at approximately 0.5-0.7L.

The toilet pan is made of SS AISI 316L or better grade, which contains molybdenum for enhanced corrosion resistance against aggressive waste materials and cleaning agents.

Bowl of western commode and Indian style toilet pan is made up of SS AISI 316L or better grade with surface finish no.7, which provides a smooth, polished surface that prevents dirt from sticking.

AC-DC/DC-DC converter fitted must withstand ±30% voltage fluctuations, 2 KVA surge, ±10% ripple and comply with IEC 60571 or equivalent international standards.

With air supply of 15 lit/min per coach and a 75 ltr reservoir exclusively for toilet system, the system is designed for approximately 3 litres air consumption per flush, ensuring at least 2 usages even when supply is cut off.

The water tank of 30 ltr capacity (for AC) and 390 ltr (for Non-AC) is available over each toilet at a height of about 2030 mm from toilet floor. Water flows to flushing valve by gravity from this height.

The height from rail level is 270 mm, which ensures adequate clearance from track components while maintaining the required gradient for waste flow.

Each mounting is with the provision of 02 nos. M16 Size bolts which are tightened with the inner and outer head stocks to ensure secure attachment of the tank to the coach underframe.

Empty tank weight is 120 Kg and full tank weight is 425 Kg, giving a difference of 305 kg which represents the weight of waste material and water at full capacity.

The Bio-Digester tank is made of stainless steel with the provision of 02 nos. inbuilt C-Type mounting system along the length of the tank. Each mounting has provision for 02 nos. M16 size bolts tightened with inner and outer head stocks.
